Returns Policy

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch.

If your item is damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of receiving your order, including photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Images or videos of the damage must be provided on the day the order arrives. Allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please review the conditions below to understand which items are eligible for return. Please return damaged items in their original packaging to receive a full refund.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Items damaged during shipment

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items damaged due to wear and tear
  • Earrings and nose jewelry (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

Additional Return Policy Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for returning items and covering any associated shipping costs.
  • Items not listed in the hygiene policy can be returned for a credit note, issued after we receive the item. Credit notes have no expiry date.

Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund in the form of a credit note. All products must be returned in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

Order Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of your request. We will review your order and assist you accordingly. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to process a cancellation.
