Dispatch Times

• All items are shipped directly from the United Kingdom within 24 hours of confirmed payment, excluding bank holidays and weekends, when dispatch may take up to 36 hours.
• Next-day delivery is available within the UK for orders placed by 1 PM.
• All items are in stock and ready to ship.

Returns Policy

All items undergo quality checks before dispatch.

If your item is damaged, please email us at haqiqatjewellery@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving your order, including photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Images or videos of the damage must be provided on the day the order arrives. Allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please review the conditions below to understand which items are eligible for return. Please return damaged items in their original packaging to receive a full refund.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Items damaged due to wear and tear
• Earrings and nose jewelry (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for returning items and covering any associated shipping costs.
• Items not listed in the hygiene policy can be returned for a credit note, issued after we receive the item. Credit notes have no expiry date.
